Our Story
El Tapatio brings the authentic flavors of Jalisco, Mexico to the heart of Stillwater, Oklahoma — and has been doing so since 1998. Every recipe is rooted in tradition: the slow-cooked carnitas, the hand-mashed guacamole, the molcajete served bubbling in a volcanic rock bowl, the chile verde made with real tomatillo salsa.
